FROM THE NORTH
Highway 71 south past Highway 12. Exit west (right) on 19th Avenue SW. Proceed west on 19th Avenue past the intersection with 15 Street SW (approximately .2 miles). Turn south (left) directly into the parking lot (across from Roosevelt School). We are down the first hall on the right after you enter the main door of the Janning ENT Center.
FROM THE SOUTH
